The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched.
They must be felt with the heart.

Have you ever had a special friend who you just love to sit with and enjoy tea and special conversations?
Sharing the heart to heart talking that goes with that kind of relationship?
The most beautiful thing is knowing ‘a friend loves and cares for you’ no matter what you say or do.
It goes along with the risking and the trusting and allowing someone to enter into your world.
Friendship is a gift we can give ourselves.
Are you ready to give today?

A lovely post 🙂 I have three friends who are taking me to tea tomorrow, and yes, each of them are just the kind of friend you're talking about. I feel blessed to have each of them in my life.
I'm stopping by from Jumping Tandem's hop 🙂
Happy Sunday!

This is a beautiful message, and a rich truth. It reminds me of this verse from James:
"You can develop a healthy, robust community that lives right with God and enjoy its results only if you do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor." James 3:18
Friendship is such a beautiful gift – so worth the risk and the work.
Yep. I sure have a few of those– which means they are extremely patient loved-ones. One aspect I always love to see is that after weeks, months or years and we finally get together, we start off as if nothing has happened in between it and forcing us to spend hours or days to "catch up"… but just moving along.
And one of my blessings is that, in our present day, sometimes the "re-visiting" time is through email, since we can't all get everywhere and have so many friends on line. Oh, yes, life has certainly changed in our present day.
BUT I do love to share tea [or ice cream], and can't do that on line so easily.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I was just talking about this with a friend at church today. I loved your tea cup picture!
What beautiful thoughts Sharon. Love the photo!
A lovely message to keep this and everyday!
What a blessing to wake up and welcome another day! Thank you Heavenly Father!
Actually, I just did that! I sat with you and had a cup of tea.

I love this beautiful picture and all that it represents. So well said – a good and trusted friend is a priceless gift.
